But if you stay 2 weeks and more we will provide extra linens and towels upon request. - We don’t accept cleaning during your stay as we want to enjoy your privacy and for security reasons. -PLEASE NOTE: Swimming pools are CLOSED during THURSDAY for maintenance. -Guests are allowed to access the Pool from Monday- Wednesday only (200/ guest/ per use) -Guests are NOT ALLOWED to use amenities (pool) during Friday, Weekends and Holidays. ❌Guests are also NOT ALLOWED to use the gym in the building❌ - PARKING is AVAILABLE with a fee of 350php/night - please inform me ahead of time if you want to avail, so i can arrange a sure slot for your car. Please dispose trash responsibly Garbage bins are located at the Basement 1-4. Please use Service Elevator if you are carrying trash. -Strictly NO SMOKING at the Balcony and all part of the building ( amenities, hallway and elevator). Once caught penalty will applied (3,000 pesos.). - Avoid littering around building premises (3,000 pesos). other things to note [Shortening of nights and rescheduling] Within 48 hours of booking and more than 1 week before check-in Acceptable.We will refund the difference due to shortening and rescheduling. Less than 1 week before check-in You will be asked to pay half of the number of days that have been shortened and rescheduled. Payment will be after you check out.
