Other things to note The property also has carriage house apartment. There may be some interaction with the other tenant but this rental is for the entire main house. Street parking is the norm this close to downtown. It’s free and not monitored. The driveway is extremely narrow and are not listing it as an amenity. Keeping it clear also allows for easier access to the stairs leading to the entrance.
