You will have access to the front Veranda where you will take in garden views as well as morning sunrises over lovely Seneca Lake. There is a heated bath with a shower for two, and separate “toilette” room. A cozy table sitting with two chairs is a perfect “morning coffee” spot. Enjoy two other relaxing chairs with lamp to read or watch TV. A mirrored armoire, has drawers and hanging spaces. 1st Floor delightful room that has access to main hall and front porch. Lake views from windows and porch. A European French feel with artwork and original stained glass windows in an alcove surround the queen bed. There is a double shower and separate toilet room for added privacy. This space is ideal for everyone but especially for those not wanting to climb stairs to the 2nd floor. Guests may enjoy expanded spaces in the common area living room and dining room. Have a morning cup on the porch in the morning and watch the sunrise over Seneca Lake. No access to the kitchen. Laundromat is 3 mi away in village. 24/7 availability of staff either present or obtainable by text/phone if on errands or away from the house. Breakfast served in the morning by staff. Room is neatened mid-day or earlier. Prime location on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail with lake view. This room is bright and spacious first floor bedroom has access to the main hall that leads to front personal porch area. The bath and toilet areas are private en-suite, and there is a door separating the toilet room from dressing area. Seneca lake is about a 10 minute walk. The grounds are filled with gardens. The location is central to all activities yet still in the country for a quiet night's sleep. Watkins Glen 12 minutes. Located amidst the vineyards in Finger Lakes wine country. The lake is just a 15 minute lovely walk from the house. Picturesque nature, rainbows, waterfalls, wild flowers, gardens. There are Mennonite residents in the immediate area; farms and markets. You will see/hear the clip-clop of horses. Parking on the property is free. You should ask ahead if you have trailer pulling a car or boat to make arrangements for space. Use your vehicle for touring. A driver is available by appointment to drive your vehicle as designated driver. Lyft and Uber may be available. Limos are available with advanced booking for wine tours or other. Notes will be posted upon arrival about WiFi, times and offerings for breakfast. Rooms are neatened up daily by staff. Your key is for your room only. The WiFi works great for general use but slows when streaming movies.
