Tiara Imperio Residence is located in Bangi & Kajang 3KM to UKM. The condo is newly built and it's surrounded with greenery, it is very convenient to all restaurants, supermarkets and KTM station near by. If you are looking for a mall with shopping and foods, the closest one is SETIA ECOHILL MALL which is about 15mins driving. The space This is a modern and minimalist environment for couple or family with children to enjoy the feeling of home. The venue is very close to the city center and there are many convenient shops around the area. Guest access This room comes with basic facilities: - 1 Queen size bed & 1 mattress - 1 Sofa - Coffee table - Smart TV - NETFLIX - YOUTUBE - Iron - Iron board - Hair dryer - Shampoo - Body shampoo - Complete kitchen supplies - Washing machine - Refrigerator - Dining table - Water heater - Books rack Other things to note This property can stay up to 3 adults and 1 infant (FOC), the price that shows on the booking is for 2 PAX ONLY, if you come with 3 pax the extra 1 pax has to pay RM25 ONLY and it comes with a single mattress, a clean towel and a pillow. MY unit is the CHEAPEST unit in Tiara Imperio, the price is VERY FAIR and REASONABLE to be charged accordingly to the pax. So please be HONEST during your booking with how many pax you selected, because the security is RESTRICTED and strangers are not allowed to enter because CCTV is recorded. If guest bring in strangers into my property without paying according to the pax, host has the right to TERMINATE immediately and ask security guard to escort you out the building and money will NOT refunded and if anything is damaged it will be charged into your booking card by Airbnb, so this is my property TERM & CONDITIONS applied. My neighborhoods are very friendly people, they all very enjoy their privacy at home, so please do not make any loud noise during your stay.Thank you.
