The space The apartment fits comfortably up to 4 guests with a queen bed in each of the rooms and two modern bathrooms, you'll enjoy the high privacy that my apartment has offered. Parking: Free onsite parking and paid street parking are available Guest access * Entire apartment! * Fully secured building! FOB "aka the swipe card" is used to unlock front entry doors and access the elevator to a specific level in the building. * Access on foot: There are no stairs to climb. * Access by Car: drive to the building's driveway gate and access the car park by a hand remote, then use a FOB to access the elevator to the apartment from the basement car park. Other things to note 1. Please note we don't prepare sofabed if the guest number is less than 4. An extra charge applies for preparing sofabed. Please enquire first. 2. We don't provide early check-in or late check-out option as our cleaning is outsourced. We don't have their time schedule. Luggage drop-offs are welcome after 11 am. 3. Please note there are strictly no parties/ gatherings at this property. Fines apply through Airbnb if we receive complaints from neighbors. 4. Please read and respect the house rules. UiSTAY reserves the right to decline any bookings should we think the property will be misused in any way. 5. Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. One day before your arrival, we will send a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. 7. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, we note that during the following days and times, we will not be able to confirm any type of callout: Weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) 8. We will do our best to respond to all requests for repairs within 24 hours and organize a tradesperson within work hours. 9. We will not compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours. 10. In the case of lost or urgent Key Delivery will attract a cost for each set of keys, which is the replacement cost. 11. The mandatory Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry applies from 18 December 2020. The code creates new minimum standards of behavior and requirements for all participants.
