Experience an incredible stay in Bucharest right from the heart of it! Located at km 0, our home is just a couple of minutes walking distance to the Old Town and across the street from all the main restaurants and attractions that Bucharest has to offer. The space Step inside our generous 5 bedroom duplex home, featuring a welcoming living room and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms & 2 wonderful balconies overlooking the city centre. Our home has been designed for group & family travellers for both long term stays as well as short. Here’s an overview of the space: • The spacious Living Room has been equipped with a large extendable couch, designer armchairs, 55 inch TV and all required amenities so that groups can enjoy quality time together. • All Bedrooms are located in the same apartment, 2 on the main floor & 3 above. They include 2 king size beds & 3 queen size. Beds are covered in luxurious 400 thread egyptian cotton linen for the maximum comfort. • The Dining area & Kitchen offers all required utensil and amenities, alongside a gorgeous large table designed to offer you the best experience possible. • The apt. includes 2.5 fully renovated bathrooms with 2 showers, a washing machine and all required amenities and toiletries. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy full access to the apartment during their stay, with the only exception of a small storage area marked “Staff Only”, used by our team. Depending on the circumstances (e.g. emergencies, parties or complaints from neighbours), there may be times where our team requires entry into the home, especially in cases where the guest is unreachable. Our team will do our best to communicate any such events in advance. Other things to note • Please note that for safety & security reasons, our home features both a video doorbell outside of the apartment as well as a noise monitoring system inside helping us prevent any potential disturbances to our neighbours. • Quiet hours are very important, therefore parties are strictly forbidden. • Access to the property is strictly limited to the guests included in the reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed at any time. Unauthorised access or high-traffic activity (e.g. gatherings, commercial use) will be charged at full occupancy rate and may lead to immediate cancellation without refund. • We reserve the right to carry out unannounced inspections of our home, if there is suspicion of inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities or possible damage to the space. • The apt. is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. Guests are required to climb up the stairs in order to reach the apt. • Please note that 2 bedrooms do not feature windows or an outside view. • All bedrooms feature their own private AC, for maximum comfort. • If you require the use of the extendable couch during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary bedding. Since this is prepared only upon request, last-minute notices may not guarantee availability of linens. • If you are booking for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshoots), kindly notify us in advance with the details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary. • Guests are required to complete a Check In Form prior to their arrival which includes standard information (e.g. emergency contact number, etc.) as well as submitting a photo ID, as required by law, in accordance with art. 3, paragraph D of law nr. 237 from 2001 regarding guest access and registration in touristic structures.
