'Breathe " On Moreton Island, overlooks Tangalooma Resort with great Moreton bay views. Look down to Tangalooma Resort and watch the ships sail past. PLUS there is a viewing deck on the roof of the home, with 5 great sized bedrooms, 4 downstairs and 1 upstairs, there is a second lounge room downstairs with a tv and couch. Lounge/dining open out onto the deck for some entertaining. We do require a refundable damage bond of $1500.00 made to agent prior to arrival. The space This home does have a C-Bus electrical system, which is a bit different to use, there is a guide in the house on how to use fans, lights etc. Please note there is NO Golf Buggy or transport included with the rental of this property. Guest access There is no golf buggy available with this property, any photos of golf buggy are a hire buggy from resort. Linen hire is not included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee. Contact host prior to arrival to arrange linen. Tenants are required to provide their own toiletries. Soap, washing powder and additional toilet rolls beyond the initial supply of one per toilet are not supplied with the property. BRINGING A 4WD: As Moreton Island is a sand Island (3rd largest in the world) the only vehicles that operate on the Island are 4WD. Providing your vehicle is a 4WD, you can drive it on the island as all the tracks on the island are built for 4WD vehicles only. It is not recommended to bring an All-Wheel Drive vehicle across as they are too low for adequate ground clearance of the tracks. The MiCat vehicle and passenger Ferry from Howard Smith Drive, Lytton at the Port of Brisbane to the Tangalooma Wrecks is the only vehicle Ferry operating between Brisbane and Tangalooma, therefore early bookings are essential NO 4WD: If you will not be bringing a 4WD vehicle to the Island you will need to catch the Tangalooma Resort Passenger Launch which departs from Holt Street Wharf, Pinkenba and travels to the Tangalooma Resort Jetty at least twice daily. A gated car park is available at Holt St. Wharf for a fee. Bookings are essential. Please refer to the Tangalooma Resort website for further details and charges. GUESTS NAMES FOR SECURITY: Prior to arriving, we do require ALL guest’s full names, (first and last names) to be provided, as we are required as an agent to provide these details to Tangalooma Resort for security purposes. As the resort area is now closed to non-resort guests, if you or your guests are not on the resort security/guests list, and are stopped by a security guard or duty manager at any time, you can be denied any access to the resort, making for an unpleasant holiday at Tangalooma. DAMAGES: If any damages occur during your stay, we will process any damage fees from the bond payment of $1500.00 made prior to arrival. DOLPHIN FEEDING: The dolphin feeding experience is Not included in any stay at this property. The property is privately owned and therefore not in the actual resort accommodation allowing guests free dolphin feeding. Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is not included with this property. You can log on to Tangalooma Resort Wi-Fi as a Tangalooma guest, where you will need to agree to the Terms and Conditions. Once logged in you will receive 200mb data free per device per day. If you require extra data, you can go back into the initial set up and buy more data if you wish. CANCELLATIONS: If you are unable to travel to or from Moreton Island because Barge, Ferry or Launch services are cancelled due to severe weather no refund will be given. PLUS there is a viewing deck on the roof of the home. The viewing deck is absolutely amazing, the fantastic views from the top will be adored by any great photographer. This holiday home has 5 great sized bedrooms, 4 downstairs and one bedroom on upstairs level, there is a second lounge area downstairs with a tv and couch to sit back and relax.. Upstairs lounge/dining opens out onto the deck for some entertaining, the overall area combined is great size to keep everyone together. The kitchen is a good size for any chef, with a oven, gas stove top and dishwasher. There is ample parking with a driveway and also extra parking on the street side opposite the home. The garage is not available to park vehicles inside. Guests are welcome to use facilities, bar, cafes, restaurants, tours, venues and activities at Tangalooma Island Resort, including swimming pool. There is a Nespresso coffee machine for guest to sue, please bring pods.
