Cozy home with space for 4

Here you live a short distance from the city center and 50 meters from an elementary school, with what you would expect from a schoolyard. The house has a spacious and cozy patio with two seating areas, and a cozy garden with privacy. This is an inhabited home as usual, and you will notice that when you stay here. Don't want the home to be used for a party. If you are more than 4, you can ask me if I can arrange an additional room. Basically, I arrange 3 out of 4 bedrooms. The space This is a vertically shared house. Guest access 1 of 2 children's rooms is being prepared. If another room is needed, guests must specifically ask for this.
