Wonderful apartment in Palermo Soho

This chic and cozy studio is located in one of the most vibrant, safe and lively areas of Buenos Aires, but upon entering, you will find a special atmosphere of calm. It's probably the best location, as you'll be close to everything (restaurants, shops, and cafes). You'll feel like you're in an oasis: read a book, watch a movie on Netflix, have a mate or a good Malbec wine in the courtyard, or relax with a nice bubble bath. I hope you love this place as much as I do. :) The space This cozy, small and original apartment has everything you need. It is centrally located within the hustle and bustle of Palermo Soho, with small cafes, top-notch restaurants where you can enjoy excellent Malbec wine, and amazing local designer shops for shopping. You can relax in the courtyard, which is internal (does not face the street), therefore super safe and quiet and has good lighting all day. You can have a mate and read a book in this place that has a very quiet atmosphere. It's an oasis for all the action you have when you leave the building. Right across the street is a coffee shop where locals and digital nomads spend their afternoons working and having coffee, healthy shops on the corner, and a paid garage also around the corner. On the other corner you have Avenida Scalabrini Ortiz where there is a lot of local transportation that can quickly take you to all the city's tourist spots.
