The space We are a town-house, this means the bedrooms are spread over 3 floors, R1 - downstairs ( double bedroom only ) R2 - 1 flight of stairs ( Double bedroom only ) R3 -top floor 2 flights of stairs ( double bedroom ) R4 - top floor 2 flights of stairs ( ensuite Bedroom/shower) Floor 1 has bedroom, Toilet/sink only, and kitchen with access to the garden, floor 2 has 1x double bedroom and the living room/dining room floor 3 has 1x double bedroom, family bathroom and 1x double ensuite bathroom/shower.
