You have exclusive access to the entire floor, as well as the shared backyard patio, grilling area and seating. Other things to note This is a historic property, so some noise from the downstairs unit may be audible. We have reserved one garage stall for this unit. The garage width is 7 feet wide. If your vehicle exceeds this width, there is ample street parking, city permission is required, 3 free nights parking - excluding Saturday nights.
