If you need a spacious retreat for family and friends, this is it! Our cottage has 8 beds, an in-ground pool with a covered patio, a fire pit, and a large yard with toys for all ages. Surrounded by 5 golf courses, state parks, rivers, and just one block from breweries and entertainment. This unique stay includes full access to both homes on the property—The Bunk House and The Main House—offering a combined 5 bedrooms. Our 5-bedroom, 8-bed cottage is perfect for families and golf lovers looking to relax and unwind. With tons of space, an in-ground pool (open June 1), covered patio, BBQ grill, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The Main House 3 beautiful bedrooms, including a master suite with a fireplace (King, Queen, Full). Full kitchen, dining area, washer & dryer, and a cozy living room with WiFi & streaming TV. The Bunk House (April–October ) 2 sleeping areas with two sets of king-size bunk beds + a queen loft bed (5 beds total). Spacious living area, smart TV, streaming, and WiFi—great for game nights and family fun! Skip the lake weeds and crowds—spend your days poolside, grilling under the covered porch, or roasting marshmallows by the firepit. Kids and adults alike will love the games and toys scattered throughout the property. Prime Location Just one block from downtown West Branch, where you can dine, shop, or catch a movie. Surrounded by top golf courses and close to family-friendly parks, ORV rentals in St. Helen, and river tubing options, there’s never a dull moment. This is our personal cottage, thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable, stress-free getaway. We love sharing it when we can’t be there ourselves! Guests will have uninterrupted access to the Main house and Bunk House, the pool (June 1-Mid September), full laundry, two bathrooms, a full kitchen,fire pit and grill. Other things to note Pet fee is $150 per pet There is only parking for 3 or 4 vehicles. There is no street parking available. Quiet time is 8pm-10 am. No loud music or activity during those hours. No fire works.
