Comfortable & cosy two-room apartment with balcony

Comfortable and quiet apartment in the center, two steps from Kazimierz and Main Square, in a post-industrial district of Krakow. Within a radius of 100 m there are many restaurants and bars, "Mocak" Museum of Contemporary Art, Oskar Schindler's Emalia Factory and Historical Museum, Stacja Wisła park and Vistula boulevards. A short walk will take you to Lasota Hill with Fort Benedykt, fragment of Jewish ghetto wall and Old Podgórze Cemetery, from where it is only two steps to the Krakus Mound. The space The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for both a weekend and a longer stay in Krakow. Living room with access to a covered balcony (eastern exposure) with a fold-out sofa that can accommodate 2 additional sleeping places (sleeping space dimensions 160 x 200 cm, mattress approximately 10 cm thick). In the living room, there is a dining area with a large table for 4 people and a work space with a comfortable armchair, and a lounge area with another armchair and a coffee table. In addition, there is a TV (about 130 channels, not only in Polish) and a small soundbar with BT. Wireless, high-speed Internet throughout the apartment (300MB). A spacious and very comfortable kitchenette equipped with an induction hob with 4 burners, a hood, a small fridge (no freezer), an oven with a microwave, a sink, a dishwasher (free cleaning and polishing capsules available on site), a toaster, a drip coffee maker, an electric kettle and a kettle. for making tea and a set of dishes and tableware. The bedroom has a bed with a comfortable mattress measuring 140 x 200 cm, bedside tables with lighting and a spacious built-in wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower and a washing machine (washing capsules are free of charge. The apartment also has a large clothes dryer and an iron. Basic cleaning products (liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, dishwashing capsules and washing machine liquid) are free of charge. My place is friendly to people from the LGBTQ+ community. Note - when booking an apartment for two people, you will usually find a made double bed in the bedroom. The sofa in the living room will not be prepared for sleeping. If you need two sets of bedding for two people, please send me information at the time of booking. A second 32" TV/monitor, Chromebook and the possibility of ordering cleaning, laundry and daily towel change are available on request for an additional fee. Parking space in the underground garage for an additional fee of PLN 80 per day. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Other things to note There is a paid parking zone throughout the entire Zabłocie district (fee around PLN 95 per day). For the duration of your stay, the host may provide parking space in the underground garage for an additional fee of PLN 80 per day (the fee for the entire planned period of using the parking lot is collected in cash in advance at the time of check-in). The parking space is equipped with a standard 220V socket that can be used to charge the parked vehicle (the flat-rate fee for overnight "full" charging is PLN 200 regardless of the size and degree of discharge of the batteries, payment in advance in cash). The fee for losing or damaging a garage door remote control is PLN 300. Smoking tobacco, tobacco-related products and other substitutes and forms of such products is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. An additional fee of PLN 500 will be charged for violating the above prohibition.
