Comfortable apartment centrally located in front of Pitti Palace. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the fifth floor without elevator of a typical Florentine building. Strategic location, within walking distance of the Boboli Garden, Ponte Vecchio and major tourist attractions. The space It consists of: - two spacious double bedrooms with wardrobe corner (with the option of twin beds)   - two private bathrooms with shower - a living area with kitchenette, dining table and sofa                                                                            The fully equipped kitchen has dishes, utensils, dishwasher, oven, stove. It is equipped with Wifi connection and washing machine. A set of towels and bed linen is available to each guest. To reach the apartment it is necessary to walk up five flights of stairs (about 100 steps), so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility and small children. Located in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, you can easily walk to the city's main attractions. It is located in a restricted traffic zone, parking is not possible in the surrounding streets; parking in a private garage is recommended. Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons. For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged. .
