Bed: The room is equipped with a massive queen sized bed, with the best quality mattress for the best quality sleep. Amenities within the room: 1. 2 Full smart TVs 2. 2 Balconies with outdoor furniture for the sole use of our guests. 2. Tea and coffee making facilities 3. Safety deposit box for important items 4. Mini fridge 5. Shampoo, shower gel and soap per cleaning. 6. Hair dryer Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hub and oven with utensils and anything you would require. Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly. Entrance: 2 entrance for the apartment, a direct from the hotel reception or a private entrance from the back. Note: Full cleanings are done once every 4 days of booking. Laundry: Laundry service is provided at the hotel at a cost. Included within the price: 1. Gym facilities 2. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro) 2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such. 3. During the lovely summer season, although we sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common) 4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning. 5. Check-ins are done by one of our team or by self-checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand. 6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us. 7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights) - Shower gels - Liquid Soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person 8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking. 9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
