The Cottage on Lolan

A 60m2 newly built cottage located on the owner’s property. Designed with plenty natural light, it provides an indoor-outdoor feeling. Free on site parking is provided and is ideally situated in a quiet and tranquil area of Port Owen, a mere 250 m from the Berg River. The Cottage on Lolan is perfectly located to enable visits to Port Owen Yacht Club/Marina, Bokkomlaan and further afield to Rocherpan Nature Reserve, Columbine Nature Reserve and other charming towns along the West Coast. The space This self-catering unit can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms with ample cupboard space, and a bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. They share the use of a bathroom that is modernly designed and fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, basic crockery, cutlery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there is a washing machine for guests’ convenience. It leads into the lounge area, furnished with comfortable couches, and a TV that offers access to Netflix. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Through the sliding glass doors, guests walk out to the covered patio with a BBQ facility as well as private parking.
