Located on the 6th floor with elevator, with a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, you will also appreciate the brightness of the veranda, a small peaceful oasis to recharge your batteries. PLEASE NOTE: A private parking space in the residence is at your disposal. The space The accommodation is ideally located in a renovated residence, at the foot of shops and restaurants. Very easily accessible by transport, 400 meters from the Mairie de Montrouge metro 4. The living room has a large sofa and smart TV with all streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+...). You will have access to high-speed WiFi (fiber) to work or entertain yourself. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.). Tea, coffee and condiments are at your disposal. The bedroom includes a 160 x 200 double bed, sheets are provided. The marble-effect bathroom includes a shower and the necessary elements for your comfort. The apartment is always carefully cleaned. Guest access The entrance to the apartment is completely automated, you have access to the entire apartment. Private parking can accommodate a vehicle up to 1.95 m high. You can get there by car via the Parisian ring road: Porte d'Orléans. Access by public transit is via metro: line 4, Mairie de Montrouge station or by bus: lines 187 and 125, Gabriel Péri station. The nearest mainline train station (TGV) is Paris Montparnasse. Other things to note No smoking.
