Beautiful Ocean front condo nestled on the sun kissed Atlantic Coast! The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk over the bridge. The condo is equipped with WIFI and has TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! The space The spacious living room has plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy an early morning sunrise or a movie night. The beautiful, bright kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stackable washer/dryer. There is a king bed in the private master with a walk-in shower and private access to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds, the smaller third bedroom also known as the "Crow's Nest" has 3 twin bunk beds. Guest access Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community: a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. Cleaning Fee includes resort fee to utilize the above listed amenities. Other things to note We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
