Couple friendly, private bathroom & kitchen

Important rule: Our check in time is 1pm and check out time is 11 am The property is located in Janakpuri. It’s a multi storey independent building with 4 bedrooms, one on ground floor, one on first floor and two on second floor (they are separated by 4 steps of staircase). All the rooms are listed on airbnb. The house is very clean. And we expect our occupants to leave it clean. Its a residential area. So its not meant for parties. The space The offered room is a big room (around 16 ft * 16 ft) on second floor. There is a window ac in the room. Every room has attached 1. private washroom and 2. small pantry with induction and basic utensils. My private kitchen on first floor has water filter, microwave and fridge; which can be used by guests. Guest access 1. Our private Kitchen We allow access of our private Kitchen for Water filter, Microwave and Fridge. The food items are our personal. And they are not meant for guests. 2. Hall on Ground Floor 3. Terrace (9AM -9PM) During your stay I will be available either on call or in person Other things to note SOME RULES: 1. We are vegetarian people. So if you wish to order non vegetarian food, we require you to dispose off the leftover carefully. We don't allow non veg food to be put in our fridge or microwave. 2. You need to wash your own utensils. 3. There is a private outdoor area attached with the room for smoking. 4. Visitors not allowed. JUST FOR INFORMATION: 1. On Saturdays, there is a road side street market in the evening. It is an interesting market to explore. 2. One car and one scooter can be parked infront of the house. Please check with me if parking is required. It is considered a big offence in the society if you park your car in front of someone else's house. 3. Facilities like Early check-in and Late check-out (only if possible for the host to accommodate) are chargeable. 4. I dont provide towels. And i dont provide cooking oil. 5. Only for foreigners: Breakfast can be provided at an additional cost (if informed at least one day in advance)
