This is my old home where I used to live for years, now only in AirBnb use. I used my living experience to design and fully renovate it to offer you easy living with all the modern appliances and well thought multifunctional ergonomics. The apartment is located literally in the center of Helsinki. Everything you need is nearby: Lot's of trendy bars & restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, design & antique shops, galleries, bookstores, you name it. I really enjoyed living in this area. The space This spacious studio apartment is located in the top 5th floor with lavish windows overlooking adjacent Jugend Style buildings towards the eastern sky, flooding in the morning light. The living area has a 160cm double bed with a Tempur topper as well as a decent 155cm double sofa bed, both with spring mattresses. The bed and the sofa are directed towards a state of the art Home Theatre with Dolby Atmos sound system. The living area connects to a fully equipped kitchen and a multifunctional hallway from where a compact bathroom can be accessed. The bathroom houses a well lit mirror cabinet with all the amenities and a make up mirror. Guest access All the spaces in the apartment are included in the stay. There's also a common backyard with greenery & sun. Other things to note The kitchen includes all the basic equipment and more. Fast heating induction stove, fully sized oven and an efficient cooker hood make cooking easy. A fully sized dishwasher makes sure you'll never have to wash dishes by hand. For offline working, there is a fast internet connection with wifi and ethernet. The 65" SmartTV doubles as an external display, to which you can connect either by AirPlay or the HDMI & USB-C cables found in the apartment. The dining table doubles as a working table and can be lifted up electronically to suit standing work. Helsinki is very safe, but just in case, the apartment door is burglary protected and the key is electronically encrypted, so you can leave your expensive gear inside with no worries. The top floor with large windows might heat up considerably in summer times, so a portable air conditioner well be installed for the season. The electric curtains are controlled by a remote, so you can let the Nordic sun flood in first thing in the morning by a press of a button.
