We've got a propane grill ready for cookouts, an indoor electric fireplace to cozy up by, and stunning lake views to take in. On the main level, Bedroom 1 offers a comfy king bed with its own attached bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a twin bed, along with an attached bathroom boasting a walk-in shower. Downstairs, Bedroom 3 features a king bed and a convenient attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, while Bedroom 4 offers another king bed and a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 5 is perfect for the kids with a twin over full bunk bed and a nearby hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. Plus, there's a ping pong table for some friendly competition! Upstairs in Bedroom 6, you'll find two cozy queen beds and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. And don't forget, we've got hi-speed wifi and YouTubeTV so you can stay connected and entertained throughout your stay. Other things to note NEED OTHER HOMES?!? We have multiple other homes in this same neighborhood! Let us know what you are looking for and we can accommodate your large group! BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE! If you have a boat or trailer, Lakeside Storage is conveniently located just up the street from our neighborhood where you can set up plans to store your boat, trailer, or jet skis! Then a public boat ramp is just 3 minutes down the road making water access a breeze! If you need to rent a boat, the State Park Marina is just 10 minutes from our home! Then Bent Hook Marina and Bass Pro Shop’s Long Creek Marina are both also only 10-15 minutes away! Everything is so close! CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.
