Arrival is simple and contact-free with a private entrance and keypad entry, available anytime after 4 PM. We provide a starter supply of essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, soap, and toiletries to ensure a comfortable start to your stay. Other things to note * Occupancy & Fees: Our nightly rate covers 1-2 guests. Additional guests, up to a maximum of 4 total, are charged at $20 per person per night. Your accurate guest count must be confirmed no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. The maximum occupancy of 4 is firm. * Check-in/Out: Standard check-in is 4:00 PM or later, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible for an additional fee, subject to availability. * Rental Agreement: You will be required to sign our digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or immediately if your arrival is within 5 days). Failure to do so may result in a guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed-upon policy. * Noise Potential: This is a ground-floor studio in a two-level carriage house. While we ask all guests to be considerate, it is possible that you may hear sound from the separate rental unit above. * Security: For your safety, three security cameras are located on the exterior of the adjacent office building, monitoring the parking area and the rental's exterior only.
