Your comfort is our priority, with thoughtful touches to ensure a restful stay. - Queen Bed: Drift off to sleep on a comfortable memory-foam mattress, complete with plush bedding and blackout shades. - Sleeper Sofa: The cozy living area features a convertible sofa that folds out into a queen bed, perfect for additional guests. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare a delicious meal or a quick morning coffee in the fully equipped kitchen, including a toaster and blender. It features full-size stainless steel appliances, cookware, and a cozy dining area. We provide a Keurig coffee maker with starter K-cups, sugar, and creamer to get your day started right. WORK OR PLAY Whether you're here for work or play, the studio is set up for your convenience. - Work & Play: Stay connected with high-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace at the bar counter. For downtime, log into your favorite streaming services on the Smart TV, enjoy our collection of board games, or play some tunes on the Bluetooth speaker. BATH - Full Bathroom: Freshen up in the clean, modern bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower, plush towels, a hair dryer, a full-length mirror, and ironing essentials. PARKING - There's a dedicated, reserved spot just for you in the parking lot. There are additional unreserved spaces as well as free street parking available if more parking is needed. Guest access Guests will have complete and private access to the entire ground-floor studio apartment. Arrival is simple and contact-free with a private entrance and keypad entry, available anytime after 4 PM. We provide a starter supply of essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, soap, and toiletries to ensure a comfortable start to your stay. Other things to note * Occupancy & Fees: Our nightly rate covers 1-2 guests. Additional guests, up to a maximum of 4 total, are charged at $20 per person per night. Your accurate guest count must be confirmed no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. The maximum occupancy of 4 is firm. * Check-in/Out: Standard check-in is 4:00 PM or later, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible for an additional fee, subject to availability. * Rental Agreement: You will be required to sign our digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or immediately if your arrival is within 5 days). Failure to do so may result in a guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed-upon policy. * Noise Potential: This is a ground-floor studio in a two-level carriage house. While we ask all guests to be considerate, it is possible that you may hear sound from the separate rental unit above. * Security: For your safety, three security cameras are located on the exterior of the adjacent office building, monitoring the parking area and the rental's exterior only.
