This spacious 2-bedroom apartment, the spacious living room has a comfortable double sofa bed and SMART TV and dining room with balcony, Air conditioning, WI-FI, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower cabin, bidet, towels included. You can also go out on a 25m2 terrace and enjoy the sun. We have a private garage (optional for a fee of 10 euros/day). The space The apartment is in a residential neighborhood, on a quiet street. To go to metro L2 Artigues -400m, and with the metro 25 min to downtown Barcelona and 20 min direct to Sagrada Familia. Sant Adrià de Besòs Beach -1.8 km is a 20 min walk. Port Forum Beach -2.5 km 30 min walk or 20 min by Tram T5. Barcelona Airport - 26km is 30 min by taxi or 1 hour by bus and subway. Congress Center CCIB - 3.5 km 10 min by taxi. Other things to note ATTENTION! At the time of check-in you receive 2 sets of keys. In case of loss of key, there is a cost of 30 euros for each set. Note: Check-in: from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm free of charge. Late check-in after hours (after 9:00 PM) has an extra payment of 30 euros, later than midnight 50 euros. Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Bed linen and towels are included! At the time of check-in, you have to pay a CITY TOURIST TAX of 5.5 euros per person per night for adults over 16 years of age and with a maximum stay of 7 nights.
