The space Access Casa Bonita seamlessly via keyless entry and step into the front hall. Make your way to the family room and relax on the abundant and comfy seating, as natural light streams in through the windows and ceiling fans circulate air. Watch your favorite movies, shows, and sports on the 85" Samsung smart TV using host-provided Samsung TV Plus, Netflix, and Disney+. The TV’s Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth connection supports any device to stream your favorite music. A Bose Smart Soundbar 900 enhances TV sound. You’ll find even more space for relaxing, conversing, and TV viewing (60" Samsung smart TV) in the living room with plenty of seating, the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace, and easy access to the deck via sliders. Steps away, prep and cook your favorite culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen with chef-preferred propane gas stove/oven, huge refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, along with blender and toaster. You’ll have plenty of counter space, including kitchen island, to prep, and you’ll find all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, bar accessories, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals. Enjoy the delightful view out the windows as you cook. Grab your morning coffee from the quaint, wheeled coffee bar with Cuisinart Coffee center with a 10-cup thermal carafe on one side and a single-serve brewer on the other using ground coffee and/or K-cup pods supplied by host. You’ll find all the coffee supplies you need. Tea drinkers have a water kettle and tea bags available for brewing tea. You’ll find several lovely places to sip your hot beverage, including on the deck, in the gazebo, and in the windowed alcove behind the dining area with two chairs and a small table. Dine in the kitchen’s adjacent dining area at the table for 8. Cook outside on the propane grill (host provides propane) on the deck. You’ll love the deck for relaxing in the fresh air and enjoying the view. An umbrella is provided for shade. Also outside, you’ll find the charming, screened gazebo to relax in, sip cocktails or hot beverages, and enjoy the outdoors without the annoyance of bugs. The gazebo’s wicker furniture is perfectly arranged for conversation. You can also chill out in the hammocks, stroll in the walking garden, enjoy the backyard (where kiddos will love to romp). Beyond Casa Bonita, take advantage of the many outdoor offerings of Towamensing Trails – lake for fishing, private pool, beach, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, ball field, and playground. After a full day of enjoying everything this part of the Poconos has to offer, exploring the Towamensing Trails facilities, or just handing out, relaxing and having fun at Casa Bonita, head for a restful night’s sleep in your choice of three bedrooms. In the Silver Bedroom on the main floor, you’ll find a romantic round king bed with sumptuous linens, against the backdrop of a wood-plank feature wall and beautiful hardwood floors. Large windows allow natural light as desired, while curtains filter light during sleep. Discover a delightful sitting area with loveseat. A dresser and closet provide storage. You’ll love the convenience of the ensuite bathroom with huge walk-in shower with 16" rain-shower heads and hand-held shower heads. You’ll also find a double sink vanity, double mirrors, and all bathroom essentials. The Yellow Bedroom upstairs provides an adjustable queen bed and a full-on-full bunk bed, along with a ceiling fan and mirror. You’ll have plenty of storage with a closet. You’ll find in the upstairs Peach Bedroom an adjustable queen bed, large mirror, sitting area, and dresser and closet for storage. Refresh and rejuvenate in the common bathroom upstairs with tub/shower combo and all bathroom essentials. You’ll also find a handy half-bath downstairs. No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with digital keypad. 5 parking spaces are available in the driveway. 4 minutes drive to lake, beach , and pool. Available parking on premises. Other things to note The property features two exterior security cameras: One camera is at the front entrance facing the driveway and one camera is located at the rear entrance facing the deck and backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not point into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected. No parties permitted per Airbnb regulations. One pet permitted with pet fee. You may see deer on the property, sometimes close to the house. Guests must climb two steps to enter the house. Guests supply their own firewood. Guests must agree to rules of behavior from the Towamensing Trails community, as follows: – Renters over the age of 5 years MUST wear wristbands at all times whenever utilizing the amenities of Towamensing Trails (private pool, beach, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, ball field, and playground.) Maximum 8 wristbands per property to use community amenities (as per community regulation). Please plan use of amenities properly. – The lake is stocked with fish periodically. (PA license is required). Currently there is a catch-and-release rule in effect. – All vehicles must be registered. –Quit time hours from 11pm-8am – The pool and beach will open Saturday, May 27, 2023, for weekends only and will open full time Saturday, June 17, 2023, thru Monday, September 4, 2023. Pool and beach hours are 11am-6pm.
