Enjoy your stay in this completely renovated three bedroom, one bathroom home. This cozy cottage is located in the heart of south/central Lincoln with easy accessibility to many main attractions. It is a quick 8 minute drive to downtown- Pinnacle Bank Arena, Southpoint Pavillions, and all the attractions on O Street including Gateway Mall. This home is the perfect place to feel as if you are at your home away from home. The space This home offers a fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops and new appliances- pots and pans, a toaster, basic cooking utensils and a Keurig coffee maker. There is an assortment of coffee, creamer and sugar. The master bedroom, located on the main floor, offers a queen sized bed with lots of hanging and drawer space for your belongings. The laundry room is also off of this bedroom, which has a full sized washer and dryer with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. The second bedroom, also located on the main floor, has a bunk bed with two twin sized mattresses. The third bedroom is located upstairs in the lovely loft. This room has a king sized bed with a TV. The living room offers an electric fireplace, as well as a TV. Both TV’s have Roku access. This will allow you to login to your streaming services, such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more. Cable is not provided, but many channels and news networks can be accessed through Roku Channel. There is also Wifi provided. Parking is available in the driveway, 15 feet from the front door, and in front of the home along the street.
