A very beautiful two-storey stone mansion, built with a special flair, according to the requirements of the architecture of the place. The ground floor space available is an autonomous and independent residence, about 95m3, with a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a second bathroom outside the one bedroom, with very easy access from the balcony door. Large paved shady courtyards with unobstructed sea views surround the house and offer unforgettable moments of relaxation. Guest access The most convenient route we recommend when you arrive in Volos is the following: AGRIA - KALA NERA - AFETES - NEOCHORI - TSAGARADA. In Tsagarada we will wait for you at a point on the main road and we will take you to the house. All this information will of course be confirmed a few days before your arrival by contacting you. The road from the meeting point to the house is good for all conventional cars! A few days before your arrival we will contact you to confirm your route Other things to note 1. The house is located in the heart of nature! Every living organism has its home... like spiders, ants, insects in general! Every year before the start of the season we do pest control. A special crew comes and sprays all the areas with ecological materials. However, they cannot be exterminated one hundred percent! We ask for your understanding! 2. Please note that we do NOT have air conditioning. The house is very cool except of course during a heat wave but it still remains cool!
