A small newly built house with a rustic feel. Located only 3 miles from the town of Cortez, guests can easily enjoy all Cortez has to offer, or stay out of town and relax while sitting next to the creek just down the hill from the house. There are 3 queen size beds within the house and a fold out couch that turns into a 4th queen size bed. Many travel necessities are provided including, but not limited to: towels, bedding, coffee/ coffee maker, pots/pans, shampoo, and body wash. The space This rustic little house that thinks it's a big house has two queen beds in the loft upstairs with a 1/2 bathroom. Just outside the sliding glass doors you can enjoy the beautiful view and sounds of the creek below from the covered balcony. Downstairs, you will find a master bedroom with a vanity sink and dressing area. From the master bedroom you can walk directly outside onto the lower back deck. A few steps away, relax beneath the large shade tree in the double swing listening to the song birds and creek below. There is a full kitchen supplied with many of the amenities you will need, including a dishwasher. In the bathroom downstairs you will find a large stone walk-in shower. The living area has a fold out couch, which makes into a queen bed for those extra guests. Enjoy the deck in front of the house supplied with an outdoor table and chairs while cooking dinner on the BBQ. Other amenities you will find include a washer/dryer, wifi, TV with a Roku (Sling TV included) , A/C, and a baby Pack 'n Play. Other things to note We have a base price of $190 per night for 2 guests. An additional $10 will be added to the price per night for each additional person up to 8 guests. Children age 5 and under are free of charge; however we can only accommodate eight guests at the house at a time. Please let us know if you have children age 5 or under, so we can charge appropriately.
