Welcome to my cozy 53 m2 apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Located in a safe residential area, it is close to 3 metro stations/lines that will allow you to move around Paris easily. It has the charm of the old & a modern and refined decoration. On the 5th floor with elevator, it is bright. The 2 bedrooms overlooking the courtyard are quiet. Since this is my own apartment, thank you in advance for taking care of it as if it were your own! The space The apartment is perfect for 2, 3 or 4 people. It is located on the 5th floor of a building built in 1909 by the Beaux-Arts architect Pierre Beitz, it is served by an elevator. 🚇🚍 You can access the apartment by metro or bus. The nearest metro stations are Pont Cardinet (line 14, 4-minute walk; from June 24, 2024, direct and quick access from Orly airport), Malesherbes (line 3, 7-minute walk), Villiers (line 2, 11-minute walk). It has a living-dining room (NB: the sofa cannot be used as a bed), an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with 1 queen size bed (NB: the queen size bed cannot be separated into 2 single beds), separate toilets and a shower room. The floor is oak parquet and there are moldings on the ceiling. High-speed WiFi📡 connection thanks to fiber optics. Heating can be increased or decreased remotely according to your wishes. The cleaning fee covers clean sheets & towels and cleaning of the entire apartment before and after guests arrive. In case of late check-in in the evening after 9pm, you will be asked for an extra €20 in cash. Other things to note The building has a caretaker whose lodge is on the ground floor (she is not there all day), you can ring her bell in case of problems in the building or if you had difficulty opening the door for example.
