BEDROOMS: All 3 bedrooms have quality mattresses, mattress & pillow protectors and 2 pillows for each bed. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed and its own bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and its own bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and its own bathroom with shower. KITCHEN: Fully equipped - including large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hood, hob and washing machine. BATHROOMS: Hot water with high pressure. LAUNDRY: Washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack. TVs: Large smart TV in living room with Netflix. WIFI: Fast fiber optic WiFi throughout the apartment. The WiFi is steady and fast and its a private connection solely for the apartment use - no other apartments in the complex share this connection. It is possible to connect your laptop or desktop using a broadband cable if you wish (not provided). GARDEN: Garden is private with high trees and a gate that opens to the pathway towards the pool and complex gardens. PARKING: Private parking spot for 1 or 2 cars outside the apartment. Baby cot & high chair can be hired at €30 each for the duration of your stay. * The pool and gym are communal for the complex residents including our guests. * Electricity is charged extra at €0.40 per Kwh used. The meter is read on arrival and departure.
