The stunning main house consists of 2 bedrooms/2.5 baths & the second house consists of 2 bedrooms/1 full bath. Both are luxuriously appointed. The estate is located minutes to downtown West Palm, Palm Beach, the beach, top restaurants & shops. The space The Key West Estate was designed to make your vacation the most memorable one ever. There are 2 buildings on site. The main house consists of 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, as well as a chef-designed kitchen, home office, and comfortable living room with French doors that lead out to the tropical oasis back yard. The second house consists of two bedrooms and one full bath, as well as a full kitchen and living room. Nestled between both houses is an outdoor entertainment area, complete with a vine-lined pergola, luxury lounge chairs, outdoor BBQ, and outdoor eating area. This, of course, overlooks the incredible pool, which is *heated, has decorative fountains, and dramatic evening lighting. The entire estate is fully fenced and is surrounded by tropical landscaping, thus ensuring complete privacy. SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed (can be made into 2 twins) and 1 twin | Bedroom 4: 1 King | Living Room 2: convertible sleeper | Office: pull out couch BATHROOMS: There are 3.5 completely renovated bathrooms. INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV, ceiling fans, dining table, laptop workspaces, sun room KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishware & flatware, dishwasher, microwave, complimentary spices, blender OUTDOOR LIVING: Pool, BBQ grill, pergola w/ outdoor dining area and separate seating area. Arrangements can be made prior to arrival to have the pool heated for a small surcharge based on individual preferences. GENERAL: Free internet, keyless entry, central air conditioning, hair dryer, hangers, laundry machines, laundry detergent, linens/towels, trash bags/paper towels PARKING: Driveway parking for 4 vehicle and Street parking Guest access You will have access to the entire estate. It will be all yours to enjoy. Other things to note There is a $50 per day fee for pool heat, should you want that (November- April). There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee. Guests must be 25 years-old in order to book. No parties. $100 extra per person over 10 per night. There is a $50 early check-in more than 2 hours and later check-outs more than 2 hours.
