A room or two with a view

Although only 7 kms from the city centre my newly built house is in a new estate that sits on the edge of the Cranley escarpment reserve so you feel like you are in the country. The space My house was designed by me and built by a local builder in 2022 so it is in great condition with open plan living areas for a relaxed lifestyle. The two bedrooms are the same size and includes full sized built in wardrobes and ceiling fans for your use : Green room has a Queen bed Blue room has a Double bed The large main bathroom will be for your personal use only during your stay. The open plan living are has a ceiling fan and a split system for heating/cooling. For the cooler weather I have a wood burning fire to keep the house cosy and warm. There is a large doorway to the outdoor area that provides great indoor to outdoor living space. Guest access For each booking there are two bedrooms available for up to four guests ( only children over 12 years of age) and full access to the remainder of the shared spaces within the house including: - kitchen with all of the usual gadgets - exclusive use of main bathroom located between the two guests bedrooms - laundry with washer and dryer - outdoor area with a Weber bar-b-q - wood burning fire During your stay I work full time and am out and about most weekends but I am generally not far away and contactable by phone if you have any issues or questions that arise while I am not at home.
