Enjoy a comfortable, pet-friendly stay in the heart of Glendale with plenty of space to relax and make yourself at home! The space ✨ Family-Friendly Glendale Oasis ✨ Located on a quiet street in South Glendale, just steps from Atwater Village (one of LA’s best neighborhoods!), our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfect for families and pet lovers. Walk to Glendale Blvd’s amazing shops and restaurants (or drive in 2 minutes) with a Starbucks and family park only 500 ft away. The Americana at Brand is 5–7 minutes away, and Dodger Stadium is just 15 minutes. 🏡 Space & Layout Inside you’ll find a formal living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, and a cozy family room. The primary suite includes a huge soaking tub in a wet room and direct access to the back patio. The spacious backyard features a mural by a local artist, a play structure, and seating for everyone. 👶 Family-Ready Comforts As parents ourselves, we know traveling with kids can be tricky. That’s why we provide children’s dishware, a high chair, play mats, a full-sized crib, and a flexible third bedroom that can be set up with two twin beds or a twin plus crib. 🐾 Pet-Friendly Bring up to two furry companions to enjoy the fully gated backyard and plenty of space indoors. 🛋 Longer Stays Welcome Our home is equipped with a full kitchen, ample towels, and everything you need for a comfortable extended stay. Need something special? Just ask — we’re happy to help! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house and backyard during their stay. You’ll receive a custom door code of your choice for easy self-check-in. The only restricted areas are the garage (where we store personal items) and the basement. Everything else in the home is yours to enjoy—welcome! Other things to note Photos: Some furnishings and décor shown in listing photos may change over time. House Manual: A printed manual in the home covers gardener visits, thermostat use, pet rules, and more. Nearby Construction: There’s a construction project about ¾ of a block away. It rarely causes noise inside the house, but occasionally a traffic director may ask residents to use the other entrance/exit on the street. This will not affect travel time to the house. Pet Policy & Insurance Restrictions: We’re extremely pet-friendly, but our homeowner’s insurance prohibits certain breeds (Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bull/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, Great Danes, and Cane Corsos). Please do not book if you plan to bring one of these breeds. Vaccinations & Spay/Neuter: All animals must be current on Rabies and Distemper/Parvo vaccinations (no exceptions) and, as required by city law, must be spayed or neutered if over 4 months old. Internet Use: Wi-Fi is provided for legal purposes only; copyright infringement and illegal online activities are prohibited. Garage & Storage: Guests will not have access to the garage or basement during their stay. However, covered, off-street parking is provided. Extended Stays: For stays of 30 days or more, guests will be asked to sign a month-to-month lease agreement, which is standard practice in California for extended stays. Failure to sign this agreement with result in failure to check in. There are no exceptions. This agreement protects both you and the property and outlines: -House rules -Maintenance expectations -Terms for extending or ending your stay -Reiterates check out instructions -Tells you about trash day, utilities use, and more. -Procedures if a guest does not vacate on the scheduled check-out date By requesting to book, you acknowledge and agree that signing this rental agreement is required. If you choose not to sign, you will not be issued a check-in code or access instructions. If you decline the agreement and wish to cancel, you will need to do so directly through Airbnb. Our strict cancellation policy applies, and depending on timing, a refund may or may not be available under Airbnb’s rules - it is imperative that you provide contact information to expedite the agreement process, and review the document quickly. The host will not initiate a cancellation on the host side for failure or refusal to sign the agreement. If you have any questions about the agreement before booking, we’re always happy to help. Insurance Recommendation: We strongly encourage guests to purchase trip insurance for short stays and renter’s insurance for stays of 30+ days for added protection and peace of mind.
