Welcome to our new lake house. Spread out in 6 bedrooms, giant loft with pool table, foosball table, pull out couch and bar area, movie theater area, garage with ping pong table, arcade basketball and darts. Enjoy two separate dining rooms, open kitchen and living room area overlooking the lake. Relax at our multiple decks, oversize private pool, private dock, and fireplace with the best view around. Your family will love our lake retreat. The space We just recently added heater to our pool, so it can be used all year long. For that purpose, we marked that we have a hot tub ( even though we don't have one, since we chose heated pool instead), as some people will search for accommodation with cold weather hot tub/ pool availability. Heated pool was not offered as an option to mark. During cold months( November- April) heating is included in your stay of 3 nights minimum, so please let us know 3 days ahead of time, if you would like to use the pool so we can heat it up before your stay. There is $500 copay to heat the pool on 2 nights stay November- April. No parking in the garage as it is used as additional entertainment area. Other things to note No more than 8 cars in the driveway. Absolutely no street parking. No loud music, no outside music after 10pm. No profanities. This is a peaceful neighborhood, please respect everyone's privacy.
