Riverfront Fishing on the North Fork of Cody

This lower level unit (entire home shared with a unit upstairs, but completely separate amenities) is one of two rental units available at Wilde River Ranch. It is located in the Spectacular Wapiti Valley which is approximately 16 miles from Cody and 35 miles from the East Entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The unit has a view of the mountains from the glass sliding door entrance, and is just steps away from the Shoshone River. Two toilets, a bath/shower, shower, laundry, kitchen. The space Premiere host on VRBO and Airbnb superhost! This property is the perfect location to settle for your exploration of this beautiful scenic area. We are located just 20 minutes west of Cody and 35 minutes from the east gate of Yellowstone. You will experience a charming western feel which is true to the surrounding area and history of the town. The river is just steps from your front door and with the doors and windows open, you can enjoy the soothing sound of the river flowing nearby. If you're a fisherman, make sure to bring your gear! *Property is shared with owners. Unit is completely separate from the owners living space with it's own full kitchen, laundry area and entrance. You will not share any spaces with the rest of the home or it's residents. Guest access Do not open any gates or enter the corrals. Do NOT feed the animals. Do not access the garages, main house or its surrounding deck area. This is a private area of the property. Guests are free to roam the property, but please be respectful of other guests. Other things to note By making a reservation, you agree to the following house rules: The guest who books the house is responsible for the behavior of all of the guests. Please share a copy of all of the rules of the house with all of the guests in the house. There is absolutely no smoking in the home or on the property at all. If there is evidence of smoking or a smoke smell in the house when the cleaning crew comes, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee of at least $100. Please don't move the indoor furniture. If you move outdoor chairs please put them back. If you break something, please let us know. Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the house. No other people are allowed into the house, even for a short time. This will result in a per person fee. Please treat the home respectfully. Leave the house in the same condition you found it. Clean up before you leave: all bottles, take out, food, cans, boxes and anything else you brought into the house must be disposed of in large trash bags provided (no loose trash) and put in the large dumpster near the corrals. There are extra trash/garbage bags in the kitchen for you to use. Please, no food or drinks in the beds or on the furniture. Spill something... please clean it up. Paper towels, vacuum, broom and cleaning agents are in the home for your use. We strive to keep cleaning fees to a minimum for guests! The cleaning fee you are charged for this unit just covers the cost of preparing the unit for next guests. Check out is at 10AM OR EARLIER! Please do not stay beyond this time. 1) Please make sure all trash is in trash bags and put in the dumpster before you leave. 2) Put all used sheets, pillow cases & towels in the washer & start. Do not overload the washer, just place extras on the floor in the laundry room. Please leave comforters on beds. 3) Wash any dishes used or run dishwasher with used dishes. Excessive cleaning will result in an additional cleaning fee of $300. If spills are on the furniture and/or rugs and cannot be removed, the booking guest will be charged with replacing the item. *PER WYOMING FISHING REGULATIONS, FISHING SEASON ON OUR SECTION OF THE RIVER IS JULY 1-MARCH 31. NO FISHING IS PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY PRIOR TO JULY 1. Other areas of Cody and the river can be accessed for fishing. Please do not open any gates or enter the corrals. Do not feed animals.
