Other things to note The apartment with south-west balcony is located on the 3rd floor in the new Römerquartier (built in 2022) in Langen. The apartment can be reached barrier-free by an elevator. From the staircase the apartment is separated by an additional door for sound insulation. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator with 3 * freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. A Senseo coffee maker with coffee pods and a coffee filter are available. Modern crockery and cutlery are complemented by high-quality glasses and knives, as well as pots and pans from brand manufacturers. Wine glasses, champagne flutes and cocktail glasses from Nachtmann round out the comfortable furnishings. With its southwest exposure, the balcony offers sun during the day and into the late evening. Enjoy the sunset with a view to the horizon. The location of the apartment is ideal, on the edge of the development area. This means jogging or a walk is possible directly from the front door in field & meadow as well as the nearby forest. The train station of Langen, supermarkets, bakers and pharmacies are within 10 min walking distance and offer everything you need during your stay in large selection. Also good to know - Langen and the apartment are not in the flight paths of the airport, the highways are far enough away and the bypass has a high soundproof wall. Thus, the location is perfect and very quiet. The apartment offers for a maximum of 2 people everything you need for a comfortable stay.
