The beautiful, spacious attic apartment Odenwald with balcony is located in a detached house on a quiet street without traffic. Due to the orientation of the apartment to the south, you have sun all day in fine weather The space and a beautiful view. Wildlife observations (deer, foxes, hares) are possible from the loggia. Pets are not allowed, a parking space is available. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge with freezer, oven, electric stove, dishwasher and a dining area for 4 people. Next to it is a Chippendaile-style dining room. The living room consists of a living area (incl. sleeping function for two sleeping places) with smart TV and Sky connection. The three rooms are an open unit. This residential unit is adjoined by 2 bedrooms, 1x with double bed and another with 2x single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet and sink. Our apartment was completely renovated in 2021, including completely new bedroom furnishings. The apartment can be reached with a stair lift if necessary. A maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 2 children is possible. Linens and towels are included in the rental price. Free Wi-Fi is available. Rimhorn is a district of the municipality of Lützelbach in the south of the beautiful Odenwald. From Rimhorn from the direction of Höchst im Odenwald is the Obrunnschlucht / Märchenpfad with numerous miniature buildings with many interesting details - an attractive destination for families with children.
