The space Welcome! Our holiday home is located in Niedergrächen in a quiet and green environment. In recent years, we have had the pleasure of (partially) renovating and refurbishing the house. We cherish our property and expect our guests to treat it with respect and a little love. The house is almost 110 m2 (formerly 2 houses) and is ideal for families with (small) children or for example a family with grandparents, who want space during their holiday. For the little ones, a cot, a high chair and a sturdy buggy are available. The house has a hall with cloakroom, a cosy living room with dining area and corner kitchen. Furthermore, there is a Loewe flat screen, DVD player, video player, videotapes (for young and old), children's toys and board games for all ages. You also have access to 2 bedrooms: - A master bedroom with double bed and large built-in wardrobe - A bedroom with 2 sturdy bunk beds, a wardrobe and small storage closet Next to the master bedroom is an en suite bathroom with bath, shower, double washbasin, toilet and wall hairdryer. The small bathroom, next to the smaller bedroom, has a toilet, washbasin and shower. The kitchen is very complete with many kitchen utensils, plenty of dinner and drinkware, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. and further: - Oven - Electric cooker and extractor hood - Large fridge (Miele) - Two large freezer drawers (Miele) - Dishwasher (Miele) - Microwave oven - Coffee machine for filter coffee, Nespresso Vertuo machine, kettle and Cafissimo machine (with cups!) - Toaster, blender You have a large private terrace of over 30 m2 with garden furniture. Enjoy the fantastic views or the ibexes that often pass by: up to sometimes 50 metres in front of the house. Around the house there is a common area of almost 7.000 m2 with lots of grass and green. Ideal for children to play. Bath, bed and kitchen linen is available on request at 25 CHF per person (to be paid on the spot). Of course you can also bring your own linen. The house is located approx. 150 metres from the road, where the bus stop is also located. In the winter you can use free bus transportation to/from Grächen with your ski pass. You can park your car on a private parking space in the underground garage, from where you can walk inside to the house. Always nice with lots of rain, snowfall or even bright sunshine. In the underground garage there is also a "skiraum", where you can store your ski equipment and also your bicycle. All photos are our own work, original, not edited and give you a good impression of what you can expect on site. Guest access The whole house and the terrace can be used privately by guests. The garage (with private parking!) and the laundry room are shared with other owners/guests. Washing machine and dryer can be used with small change (pay machine). Other things to note The following applies throughout the year: - Minimum stay in high season only per period(s) of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday - Minimum stay in low season from 4 nights with arrival on Saturday Rent includes: - Parking space for 1 car in garage. More spaces can be reserved on request for a small daily fee - WIFI: in-house and secured - Kurtax/tourist tax for up to 6 people (normally 3,80 CHF per person per day) per day) - Unlimited access to the "Sportzentrum Grächen" (with ice rink, tennis court, climbing wall, indoor play paradise for children) Rent is exclusive: - Final cleaning: 90 Euro - Optional rental of bed-, bath- and kitchen linen. Costs are 25 CHF per person and must be paid in cash on the spot (all beds are 90x200 cm)
