The house features 3 cozy bedrooms, 1 fully equipped bathroom, a bright and comfortable living room, dining area, and a modern kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. You can also unwind in the beautiful outdoor space, perfect for enjoying fresh air or good conversation. Easily accommodates up to 7 guests. Living Room •Spacious, comfortable sofa (also a queen-size sofa bed) with decorative pillows. •Two accent chairs and a recliner for added comfort. •Rectangular coffee table with unique décor adding a stylish touch to the room. Pet-Friendly Accommodations • We welcome well-behaved, non-aggressive dogs up to 30 lbs. • The patio is partially fenced—one side has a traditional fence, and the other is naturally enclosed by mature pine trees. Both lateral sides of the home include gated areas for added privacy and a more enclosed outdoor space. Free Parking Access •Driveway parking for up to 2 cars and 1 compact car in the garage. •Free street parking available. Guest access The house has a smart lock installed at the entrance door. I will message you your designated access code on the day prior to your arrival. Other things to note Please read the following rules before making your reservation: • The reservation must be made by an individual who will be present during the entire stay. Unfortunately, reservations made by third parties are not allowed. • The house is located in a residential area that requires quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. We have great relationships with our neighbors, and therefore, we do not allow large gatherings or celebrations/parties. We appreciate your understanding. • If you wish to smoke, please do so outside the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, as it can leave unpleasant odors. Unfortunately, if we find cigarette remnants on the property, an additional charge will be applied. • Although we love pets, unfortunately we don't allow them at our property • The property is equipped with security cameras in the outdoor areas. We kindly ask that you be transparent regarding the number of individuals who will be staying. Additional charges will apply if the number of guests exceeds the registered amount. While you are welcome to have visitors, only those listed in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. • If you are traveling with a baby or young child who requires a crib or high chair, we will be happy to provide these items at no additional charge. Early Check-in and Late Check-out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, depending on prior check-out requests or guests checking in the same day. Please inquire in advance to confirm availability. If we are able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, the following rates will apply: Early Check-in/Late Check-out: $40 for 1 hour ; $70 for 2 hours. Long-term stays: • For stays longer than 2 months, a security deposit is required and will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided the property is returned in good condition. • Routine cleaning every 2 weeks is also required to maintain the home’s appearance and upkeep.
