This house is centrally located in the city of Stamford, CT with access to a fully furnished kitchen with all of the tools you will need to cook wonderful meals for you and your family. There is an oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, pots and pans, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, plates, and much more. We can easily accommodate up to 7 guests. In the living room, you will find a large comfortable couch along with 2 individual chairs and a TV along w/ a speaker and 500 Mbps Internet speed. There is also a family 6-seat dining table. 3 Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. All bedrooms have a closet and super comfortable high-quality mattresses. There are also cotton linens provided. Bathroom The house is equipped with one bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination, towels, toilet paper, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash/hand soap. Laundry Equipped with a dryer, washer, iron, ironing board, vacuum, detergent, and fabric softener are also available for you to use. Backyard: Contains a BBQ Grill, a Fire Pit, and an outdoor patio dining table. Parking: 3 max parking spots are available. One car in the garage and the additional 2 in the driveway. Street parking is free and accesible Guest access The house has a smart lock installed at the entrance door. I will message you your designated access code on the some day of check-in. Other things to note Please read the following rules before making a reservation: The house must be reserved under a guest who will be present during the stay. Reservations for third parties are NOT allowed. 1. Parties or large gatherings are NOT allowed. 2. If you wish to smoke do so outside the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and if you proceed to do so, it will leave you a negative review. 3. We love pets but unfortunately pets are not allowed in the house. 4. We have cameras outside of the property. So, be honest about how many people are staying at the property. Additional charges will apply if additional unregistered guests are staying overnight at the house. 5. If you have a baby or a toddler that requires a crib or high chair, contact me and I will provide it for you free of charge.
