Welcome! This cozy studio is perfect for couples and small families or friends who want a centrally located and comfortable stay after a long day of exploring the outdoors. Relax by the fireplace or enjoy a glass of wine on the outdoor patio while you soak in the fresh mountain air. The condo is thoughtfully decorated with mountain décor that give you the cozy and warm feeling you desire in the mountains. The Kings Run community also features a hot tub, pool and game room for all to enjoy. The space The space has a queen bed and a queen pull out sofa bed. The sofa was JUST replaced and all bedding is new. Light the fireplace with a click of a button and enjoy the warmth from the fire with a fan in the fireplace. The kitchen is a full kitchen (no dishwasher) with basic utensils, plates, cups, bowls, standard coffee pot and pour over. There is a full bathroom which includes soaps, shampoo and conditioner. Enjoy the warm community hot tub and pool after a full day in Lake Tahoe. Please remember due to the location of this rental being in the mountains there can be chain requirements, road closures, power and wifi outages even during the summer. We do not provide refunds for any of these events as we have no control over them.
