Garden Annex Room

The Haven is situated in the beautiful Sussex village of East Lavant within the South Downs National Park. Our garden annex is on the ground floor and has private access via patio door. We are close to the City of Chichester as well as the Goodwood Estate and within walking distance of the motor circuit. Easy access the Goodwood events such as Revival, Members Meeting or the Festival of Speed. There are also two lovely country pubs close by that offer a popular menu. The space The accommodation is self-contained with no internal shared spaces. It is situated on the ground floor and has independent access from a decking/patio area. The annex consists of a double bed, a spacious en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath, separate shower, double basins and toilet. Towels and linen provided. There is plenty of space to hang clothes and an outside seating area which catches both the morning and afternoon sun. Facilities to make tea and coffee are also provided as well as a small mini fridge. A selection of freshly baked croissants are offered for breakfast. Our local pub, The Royal Oak (less than 2 mins walk), has a comprehensive evening menu as well as a full cooked breakfast menu too. Booking recommended. Off street parking also available for two guest cars. Guest access The Haven has off road parking on private driveway for two guest cars. Our guests will have their own door key to access their accommodation directly via a short pathway and patio area. Other things to note Please note that the room has an adjoining door to the main house. However, for your reassurance the door remains locked from both sides for the duration of your stay. We have a friendly young cat so unfortunately we are unable to accommodate any other pets.
