The Secret Society Suite

Welcome to the historic Solar Hill neighborhood! The Secret Society Suite is your private “dark academia” suite within our Victorian manor. It’s only two blocks to State Street where you will find shops, food, breweries, and activities - especially during Rhythm & Roots Reunion weekend. Bristol celebrates her music history in style every year and we’d love to have you join us then or any other time you’d like to explore our wonderful city. Please read each section for important information. The space Second story private suite with separate entrance on upper second floor back porch, covered porch seating, a kitchenette, living room seating/office area, bedroom with queen bed, and a small private bathroom. If you’re looking for more room, we offer the option to rent the entire home instead of just the one-bedroom suite. Feel free to ask about that option! You can find the listing under “Ravenwood on Solar Hill”. Our suite is not suitable for young children due to its historic nature. Those with mobility concerns will need to take extra care around the property as well. The back stairs do have a bit of a lean due to settling over the years but have been reinforced for safety. There is also a small “step-up” within the suite itself from the sitting room to the bedroom which has been highlighted with stair treads on each side. Other things to note Please read all sections of the listing for important information about the property. We will be available for anything you may need but prefer to blend into the background and allow you to enjoy your stay. This is our home so you may hear us walking around at times. She’s old, so she creaks! Please keep in mind this is a historic home and there may be quirks that you’re not used to in a hotel stay. We do our best to make every guest as comfortable as possible! We are aware the Victorian home next door is not up to par with the rest of the neighborhood but the owner is not yet ready to start renovations. We promise it’s not haunted! 😉
