Guest access Our guests will enjoy exclusive access to a variety of spaces carefully designed for their comfort, including an automated parking tower, terrace, lobby, swimming pool, and the Iwork area, the latter equipped with ergonomic chairs, laptop stand and surge protector. The Tower, like the apartment, is wheelchair accessible. In addition, with only 1 day's notice and upon confirmation of availability, you can access fantastic areas such as: Coworking Room: Perfect for working comfortably. A Movie Room: To enjoy your favorite movies. Music Room: Ideal for music lovers. BBQ Area: For delicious outdoor barbecues. The tower gym is available for reservations longer than two days, upon request and coordination with the host. A physical access card will be provided on the condition that you remain in the tower during the stay; in case of loss, a $200 USD fee will apply. Some common areas may be temporarily out of service due to maintenance during your stay You should also bear in mind that any automated system, whether it is an elevator, the automated vehicle tower, security cameras or others, can fail at any time, like any system that is in use. ATTENTION: Due to space limitations in the parking lot, pick-up vehicles or those exceeding the following dimensions are not allowed: Width 2.15m, Length 5.25m, Height 2.05m (including accessories), with a maximum weight of 2500kg. In addition, motorcycle parking is not allowed. It is important that all guests respect the rules and guidelines established within the Tower, which are clearly indicated in each of the common areas and in "My Aparta". "Mi Aparta" offers a self-check-in system for added convenience. Before check-in, guests will be asked to register the full names and IDs of the people who will be staying in the app, which will allow them to be authorized in the tower. You will then receive a four-digit code via message on Airbnb, which will allow you to access the apartment through a lockbox located on the door. If you enter through the parking area, the parking code will be the same as apartment number 1811, if required by the officer. In the event that the parking officer is unable to accompany you from the parking lot to the Tower door, use the Intercom on the wall to the right of the door and indicate that you are guests of 1811 and give your details so that they can allow you to enter. Other things to note As part of the security protocols established to ensure the integrity of the Condominium's residents and visitors, it is imperative that, prior to entering "Mi Aparta", all guests provide, through the Airbnb app, the number of people who will be staying (maximum three people), as well as the full names and identification numbers (ID or passport). This information will be transferred to the tower security team to ensure hassle-free access. The apartment complex is fully equipped with a fire system, water sprinklers in the units and common areas, and CCTV security cameras in common areas and elevators. Therefore, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the tower, including the parking lot, common areas, lobby, and inside the apartment, including the balcony. Violations of this rule will be subject to a $500 USD fine. The pool, located on the 25th floor, is available for use from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., except on Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. due to maintenance. The use of glass containers or bottles is not allowed in this area; for your convenience, the apartment has plastic cups and glasses, a flexible cooler, and plastic beverage containers. Playing music, using inflatables, and any inappropriate behavior are prohibited in the pool area. You must wear a towel, shirt, and sandals when exiting the pool. Also, wet people are not allowed in the elevators; please note that breaking this rule could result in a $100 fine. The tower's common areas and amenities are distributed as follows: • Floor 1: Gym, laundry, and ArtRoom. • 25th Floor: Swimming pool, BBQ area, IWork, CoWork, game room, cinema room, and music room.
