You'll have modern equipment for cooking and comfort The space This unique apartment offers you the luxury of two private terraces, each with its own charm. The first terrace, spacious and south-facing, boasts breathtaking views of the stunning Spinola Bay. It enjoys sunshine from midday until sunset, creating the perfect ambiance for savoring a glass of wine or simply relaxing while admiring the panorama. The second terrace, located at the back, is ideal for peaceful mornings. Covered with synthetic grass and furnished with comfortable bean bags, it is bathed in sunlight from dawn until around midday. Directly accessible from the master bedroom, it offers an intimate and relaxing space. The apartment features two elegantly furnished bedrooms: The master bedroom is equipped with a large queen-size double bed for optimal comfort. The second bedroom offers two standard double beds that can be joined and arranged as a double bed (upon request). Whether you're soaking up the sun, sharing a convivial moment, or simply unwinding, this apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. Other things to note 🔔 Important Information 🚧 Renovation work will take place in the common areas starting August 20 to replace the elevator. The elevator will not be available, and there may be noise during the day. A special rate is offered during this period. We highly value the feedback and suggestions from our guests to continuously improve the comfort of the apartment. Latest updates made in December 2024: - The air conditioning unit in the bedroom, which was noisy, has been replaced with a quieter model. - The bed frames in the smaller bedroom have been replaced with sturdier and more stable models, offering comfort equivalent to the master bedroom thanks to the same mattresses. - The bedding, towels, and some kitchen utensils have been renewed, and maintenance work has been carried out on the furniture. - A higher-quality barbecue has also been purchased. These improvements are not yet visible in the current photos. The building is equipped with an elevator.
