The space In-room amenities include private shower/bath ensuite, toiletries, water boiler with complimentary tea & coffee, mini fridge, dedicated workspace, fast WiFi, and a large closet space and mirrors - everything you need for a convenient and peaceful stay in Huntington Beach! Our home is in a lovely cul-de-sac neighborhood on top of a hill, less than 1 mile from PCH and HB beach/pier with a view of the mountains in the distance. Your room is on the first floor of our house with private entrance through the back door. Guest access The entire bedroom, bathroom and outdoor courtyard is yours freely. Shared laundry down the hall. No access to upstairs kitchen or to other bedroom. During your stay We're happy to provide a convenient self-check-in process OR meet you at check-in, share local recommendations, and be available for any questions throughout your stay via Airbnb messaging or our direct cell phone. Otherwise, you will have privacy day to day and likely will not run into other guest or hosts unless you would like to. Other things to note Street Sweeping: 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month, 12PM - 4PM. Please move your car to the opposite side of the street the night before to avoid a ticket. Be sure to check the signs for the correct side and always verify signs for day and time. **Guests assume full responsibility for their safety during their stay.
