Newly Remodeled Historic 1920's Victoria Beach Cottage with beautiful living room ocean views and less than a mile to the beach. The interiors of the home includes: 1 Bedroom with King Bed, 1 bath with walk in shower, Fully Equipped Kitchen, 2 Smart TVs, WiFi, Laundry, & Garage Parking. Outside the living room dutch door, you will find a sunken backyard complete with a fire pit and built in wood bench, full dining table & New Webber BBQ. Perfectly rounding off your private Laguna Beach escape. The space Home is professionally managed by Tower 17 Properties and Management located in Newport Beach. We are renting our VERY CLEAN 1920's remodeled beach cottage. The home pictured is the owner's unit (when in town) with the upper Apt (also a 1 bedroom 1 bath) available for rent on Airbnb for 30 Days at a time. No amenities are shared other than the 2 car garage and the mailbox! This home also includes the following Amenities: in home washer and dryer, towels (beach and bath) 2 sets of linens, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and much more! Other things to note IMPORTANT HOME NOTES - PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING Minimum Age Requirement: Primary Guests must be 25+ years old. House Rules & Guidelines Prior to completing your reservation, you must agree to comply with all House Rules including any additional rules located at the bottom of this listing under Things to Know > House Rules > Learn More. These rules must be reviewed prior to submitting your booking. Air-Conditioning This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399. Parking Details Parking (1) Garage B (Mid-Sized SUV or Smaller) Laundry Laundry Facility is shared with the lower year-round tenant High Chair & Pack ’n Play High chair and Pack ‘n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability. Noise/Construction disclaimer Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation. Quiet Hours Notice Per City of Laguna Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements. Pet Policy This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation - Parking (1) Garage B (Mid-Sized SUV or Smaller) - Guests utilizing EV Charging (110v outlet) must notify Management prior to their arrival. Additional charges of $10 per day may apply. - garage is shared with our existing year-round tenant, each will have designated parking. -Backyard/Patio and its amenities are not shared with the other tenant.
