Gather your group, claim your sun lounger, and settle in. Sleeping arrangements The home accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and a living room sleeping space. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a 42" smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a sitting area, a closet, and its own 42" smart TV. A queen sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. A crib and Pack 'n play/Travel crib are available upon request. Living spaces A generous living area centers on a 75" smart TV and a large sectional sleeper sofa - ideal for movie nights or winding down after a day at PGA West or Old Town La Quinta. The indoor electric fireplace adds warmth on cooler desert evenings, and central heating and air conditioning keep the home comfortable throughout your stay. A dedicated workspace and Ethernet connection are available for those who need to stay connected. Kitchen and dining The kitchen island seats three, and the dining table accommodates the full group of six - making it easy to start the day together before heading out. Stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, cooking basics, dishes, wine glasses, a blender, and barbecue utensils are all on hand. Step outside to the BBQ grill and outdoor dining area when the weather calls for it. Pool heating to 86°F is available at $75 per day; the hot tub is included at up to 102°F. The community clubhouse pool and hot tub are also heated year-round.
