The pace here feels relaxed yet connected to everything that brings you to La Quinta. Sleeping arrangements This single level home accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a 42" smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower, along with a walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, sitting area, closet, and its own 42" smart TV. In the living room, a queen sofa bed within the sectional provides additional sleeping space. A crib and Pack ’n play/Travel crib are available upon request, with clothing storage including walk-in closet, closet, and dresser options. Living spaces The living area centers around a 75" smart TV and a spacious sectional, creating a comfortable place to unwind after a day exploring nearby golf courses or local events. An indoor fireplace: electric adds warmth on cooler evenings, while air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans support year-round comfort. Wifi, Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected when needed. Kitchen & dining The kitchen provides a full space where guests can cook their own meals, paired with a dining table for shared moments indoors. Coffee is ready to start your mornings, and the layout flows easily for both quick bites and longer meals. Outdoor living The private backyard opens to mountain view surroundings with multiple areas to relax. The home includes a private entrance, single level home layout with no stairs in home, and home safety features such as smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and exterior security cameras on property. Guests also have access to a shared gym nearby. Location Located just under 4 miles from the Empire Polo Fields and minutes from La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Highway 111 shopping, and I-10, you’re well positioned for golf, hiking trails, dining, and seasonal events throughout the Coachella Valley. Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is 11AM. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!). Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. Pets are not allowed, though certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee. Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key.The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
