Families with young children A fully fenced backyard, available crib, multiple bedrooms, and in-unit laundry provide a safe and convenient environment for families. Long-term renters The house is equipped for extended stays with fast WiFi, dedicated workspaces, two kitchens, a home gym, and in-unit laundry, as confirmed by reviews from guests staying during home renovations. Guest access You will have private and complete access to the entire home for the duration of your stay. This includes all living spaces, kitchens, bedrooms, and the brick patio complete with a relaxing hammock. Other things to note Our home has been well-loved and is partially renovated, with more improvements planned for the future. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to enhance the space for our guests. A quick note on water conservation: The faucets in the upstairs bathrooms are older and sometimes require a firm twist to ensure they are turned off completely. Please help us conserve water by double-checking the taps before you leave the room. Thank you! Pet policy: This is a non-pet friendly home. We make occasional exceptions for well-behaved pets when requested for longer term stays ahead of time and charge $400/pet per stay. If we find you are in violation of this rule after the fact, we will charge you $500/pet per stay through Airbnb resolutions.
