Laundry services are not included. The space The house is in the Mangabeiras neighborhood, in the South-Southeast Region of the city, on a quiet street and close to major avenues. It is easily accessible, one block from Avenida Bandeirantes and close to JK Square, very good for walking and exercising. The house is minutes away from other neighborhoods such as Savassi, Belvedere, Lourdes, Funcionários, the BH hospital region and the Nova Lima city region (Alameda da Serra). Guest access The house is spacious, bright and super quiet. This suite is on the 2nd floor and therefore there are two flights of stairs. The guest will have access to the balcony on the 1st floor, for shared use. The garage is not available to guests. The kitchen is for quick and ready snacks. There is no way to stay in the kitchen talking on the cell phone. You cannot use the stove or pots. Other things to note Please check the amounts before you book. An extra fee may be charged for damage to the property and furniture, mattresses, linens: sheets, pillows, and towels. There is also a separate cleaning fee during seasons when the guest does not leave the space at least clean, that is, the space is left without basic hygiene.
