Beautiful Ybor home-Patio & BBQ-Steps from 7th

This renovated historic home is located just blocks from the famous 7th Avenue in Ybor City, Tampa's hub for nightlife and restaurants. Enjoy a game of pool, take a photo under the neon Tampa Bay sign or gather around the fire table in the backyard under the stars. This place is where fond memories are made. The space Casa Alma is a 1927 beauty with all of the modern comforts of today. This 3 bedroom and 2 bath home has natural light, tall ceilings, and lovely wood floors. The front porch swing is a perfect place to enjoy the Florida sunshine or a beautiful sunset. The first bedroom has twin beds. The second has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a desk. For parties of more than 6 guests, a queen-sized air mattress is available for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove/oven. There is a nook near the kitchen with a round dining table that seats 6 comfortably. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire property, which includes the front porch, home, and backyard. Other things to note Ybor City is known for its wild chicken population. You will occasionally see and hear them around town. Just in case a rooster is disturbing your sleep, I have put some "rooster silencers," aka ear plugs in the kitchen for you. There are also sound machines (white noise) in every bedroom. If you are sensitive to any of these things Ybor City may not be an ideal location for your stay.
