Our guest house is located in an idyllic setting in the heart of Provence. Here you will find everything your heart desires. Our property is located on a hill with a fantastic view of the Maritime Alps. There is also a traditional boules court on the one-hectare property. The terrace at the apartment leads directly to the pool. In 4 minutes you can reach the town center, with beautiful sights, restaurants, stores & all shopping facilities Other things to note Our house is suitable for vacationers as well as for a workation. If you need a break and want to work at the same time, you've come to the right place at any time of year. For horse lovers, there is a riding stud right next to our farm. In the fall you can go mushroom picking and in the winter you can go olive picking and truffle hunting. Forcalquier has a rich cultural heritage, which is listed as a historical monument. One of the largest observatories in Europe is also located nearby. The night skies here are perfect for stargazing. In general, all the senses are stimulated here, with the scent of thyme and lavender in the air. Discover the scents of Provence: the European University of Fragrances and Aromas is located in a monastery and offers guided tours and workshops all year round as a “perfume workshop”, where you can learn how to compose your own individual and unique perfume. The unique light attracted great painters such as Picasso and Matisse, whose footsteps you can follow here. If you want to see the landscape from above, you can take off in one of the many hot air balloons. Every wish, whether for a retreat, a break or a cultural diversion, can be fulfilled here. You can reach Aix-En-Provence in 45 minutes and the airport in Marseille in 60 minutes. It is also 60 minutes to the sea, e.g. to the idyllic town of Cassis with its breathtaking Calanques. Fantastic excursion destinations such as Avignon and the Camargue are approx. 1 1/2 hours away.
